As with all my projects while employed by Fuel it is important to note that without the collaboration of my fellow employees, the company directors, freelancers and indeed the client themselves, the end results would not have been possible.
For this project I was the creative lead so I was responsible for all visuals, designs, installations, set designs, as well as a key contributor to the overall event experience. We were given some illustrations that were being used internally by the client as a launchpad for creating a visual identity for the event which included a townhall style conference followed by an evening celebration with live acts, entertainment, games, food and drink. We took over 4 Halls of the RDS to accommodate the thousands of attendees and built three stages and a number of distinct areas to suit all attendee interests and needs. The Main Stage was a bespoke stage designed by myself from the key illustration that had to work for both the daytime and evening events and renders that were shown to the client are included below.
