As with all my projects working as a freelancer with Fuel it is important to note that without the collaboration of my fellow employees, the company directors, freelancers and indeed the client themselves, the end results would not have been possible.

On this project I was the Senior Creative Lead and responsible for the overall event layout, event concept and ideation, stage designs, installations design and sourcing, event dressing ect.  The event which included a townhall style conference followed by an evening celebration with live acts, entertainment, games, food and drink. We took over Simmonscourt RDS to accommodate the thousands of attendees and built three stages and a number of distinct areas to suit all attendee interests and needs including an arcade, bumber cars, silent disco, art installations, festival area and more. The Main Stage was a bespoke stage designed by myself that had to work for both the daytime and evening events and renders that were shown to the client are included below.
